Dickinson Wright’s Health Care Practice group announces the creation of its Health Care Litigation Task Force. Our Health Care Practice Group is diverse in its representation of clients operating in the health care industry. While a traditional litigation attorney can handle routine matters, when facing complex health care litigation matters you need an attorney who not only commands the courtroom but one who also has a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations governing the health care industry. The Health Care Litigation Task Force includes attorneys who focus some or all of their practice on the types of litigation that impact the health care industry. These attorneys understand the unique aspects of litigation involving the health care industry, and either spend most of their time litigating health care issues, or bring to the table expertise in a related area of litigation that impacts our health care clients. Due to the ever increasing complexity of health care, it is important for Dickinson Wright to have a team of litigators who stand ready, willing, and able to assist our many health care clients on litigation matters.
